Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing the relevant business strategy to ensure profitable growth and development within the local market.
Full responsibility for managing budgets, sales efficiency, profit and loss (P&L), organizational structure, and sales objectives.
Building and leading a skilled, dynamic, and results-driven sales team that supports marketing, sales, tendering, project management, and order processing efforts.
Enhancing the customer experience by attracting new prospects and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Developing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to boost sales and revenue.
Utilizing shared platforms, technologies, and optimized back-end sales processes to maintain agreed-upon service levels.
Ensuring that the supervised area is appropriately staffed, directed, and trained.
Candidate Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits
