Understand the Market: Use market trends to improve strategies and stay ahead.
Train the Team: Provide training to help your team get better at their work.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales and marketing, ideally in BFSI or Agency Channel.
Leadership: Experience leading teams and achieving sales goals.
Communication: Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic Thinking: Able to use data to make good decisions.
Proactive: Always looking for new opportunities and solutions.
