Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients through market research, cold calls, and networking.
Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree .
2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the Chennai market; Tamil preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
