What You’ll Do:

Lead Your Team: Help and motivate your sales team to reach their goals.
Create Sales Plans: Develop effective sales strategies for the BFSI sector.
Build Relationships: Connect with clients and help them succeed.

Who We’re Looking For:

1 to 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing, especially in the BFSI domain.
A strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Great leadership and communication skills.
