Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time , Permanent
Role Overview:
As a Unit Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives, manage a team of sales agents, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive growth in Jabalpur.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
Experience: 1+ years in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Skills:
o   Strong leadership and motivational skills.

o   Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

o   Proven success in achieving sales goals.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits.
