The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role. This position requires a dynamic individual with extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management who will contribute to the success of our organization through oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team of insurance agents.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct face to face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Network within the industry to build a strong professional network.
Candidate Desired profile
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of at least 1 year in on field sales functions.
- Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
- Local native is Mandatory for 3 5 years.
