Job Description

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

·         Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

·         Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth

·         Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any field

·         A minimum of 2-4 years experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary

·         Proven track record of success in sales management

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Strong leadership abilities and team-building experience

·         Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus
