We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and support to partners to ensure effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their success and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile :

Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years

Qualification:-  Graduate/MBA

Experience:-  +2  years in any field of sales

Skills:-

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
