Job Title: Agency Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to help them meet their sales goals.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency network and increase market penetration.
Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of [X] years of experience in insurance sales or agency development.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
