Job Description

We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to join our team and play a vital role in driving new business growth

Key Responsibility 
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers for our insurance products
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipeline
Ensure compliance with business sales policies and procedures
Work with the agent on planning and reviewing activities and goals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure your agency network remains competitive
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Candidate Profile
Education Bachelor’s degree
Age 22 to 38
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Field sales or a similar role
You need to have a driver’s license and a bike
