Job Summary:
To join our team in Dharwad, we are seeking an Agency Development Manager who is enthusiastic and results-oriented. The ideal applicant will be passionate about developing enduring relationships with clients and have two years of field sales experience, ideally in life insurance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Find and cultivate new company prospects through networking, field sales, and recommendations.
- Create and qualify leads in order to market and sell life insurance products to both individual and business customers.
- Conduct financial needs analyses, presentations, and client meetings.
- Inform prospective clients about life insurance policies, perks, and products.
- Effectively close deals by tailoring insurance policies to the needs of your clients.
- Create and preserve enduring connections with clients in order to get referrals and insurance renewals.
- Make sure to promptly follow up with prospective customers and offer post-purchase assistance.
- Keep abreast of market developments, rival goods, and legal needs.
- Keep thorough records of your customer interactions and sales performance in the CRM system.
- Reach and surpass the company’s sales goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience selling life insurance is preferable, but at least two years of field sales experience is required.
- strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- the capacity to establish rapport and trust with clients.
- self-driven and focused on achieving goals.
- Availability to travel within Dharwad in order to meet with clients.
- fundamental understanding of financial planning and insurance goods.
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
