Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Gulbarga. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, driving sales, and ensuring business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents/advisors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Motivate and support agents to generate new business and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement programs for agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior management to align business strategies and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and company policies.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of field sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive team performance.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Gulbarga for recruitment and client meetings.
