Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Gulbarga. The ideal candidate has 2 years of field sales experience. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, driving sales, and ensuring business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents/advisors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Motivate and support agents to generate new business and achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement programs for agents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business strategies and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong team management, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive team performance.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Gulbarga for recruitment and client meetings.
