Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Agency Development Manager to drive business expansion by recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, team leadership, and business growth strategies within BFSI or FMCG sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop highly productive sales agents to drive business growth.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and support sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition activities.
Provide continuous training, mentoring, and performance improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Candidate Profile:
2+ years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).
Proven track record in team management, sales development, and business expansion.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build a high-performing sales team and drive business success.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
Willingness to travel and actively engage in field sales activities.
