Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in RR Nagar. The ideal candidate has strong experience in field sales and agency recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors/agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Motivate and mentor agents to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance advisor skills.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within RR Nagar and surrounding areas for business development.
