Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Agency Development Manager (ADM) to drive agency recruitment, training, and business development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, team management, and business expansion. Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Create and execute strategic sales and recruitment plans to drive business growth.
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations for advisors.
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through advisor productivity.
Support advisors in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Drive business through field visits, meetings, and networking events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in BFSI & FMCG.
Strong experience in team recruitment, leadership, and training.
Proven track record in sales, target achievement, and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to implement effective sales strategies for team success.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data-driven decision-making.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
