Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales agents. The role requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in field sales within BFSI or FMCG. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by expanding the agent network and ensuring high sales productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents to drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Conduct regular field visits to support agents and enhance their performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and sales advisors.
Monitor and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competition activities.
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met consistently.
Provide continuous training, coaching, and motivation to improve agent productivity.
Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
Candidate Profile :
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent sales acumen and ability to drive business expansion.
Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in a target-driven environment.
