Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to drive the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of sales agents. The role involves identifying potential agents, onboarding them, and providing continuous support to ensure business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, sales, and people management skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and develop a team of high-performing insurance agents.
Provide training and mentorship to enhance agent productivity and sales effectiveness.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Drive business growth by expanding the agent network and improving retention.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor and support agent performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Organize and participate in sales events, workshops, and team meetings.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling (Mandatory).
Strong recruitment and training skills for building high-performing sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
Willingness to travel for recruitment, training, and field support activities.
