Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Agency Recruitment and Development Manager to join our team in RT Nagar. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents, with a focus on sales growth and business expansion.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive business growth by enhancing agent productivity and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct regular training programs, mentoring sessions, and skill development workshops for agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in agency recruitment, field sales, or BFSI sales.
- Strong background in insurance, financial services, or banking sales.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within RT Nagar and nearby regions for business development.
