We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Agency Sales Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution network

Key Performers 
Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Generate leads through various channels and networking.
Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
Meet with potential clients to discuss insurance options with the channel sales team.
Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Previous experience in field sales or related areas.

Candidate Profile 
Age limit: 22-38.
Required: Bachelor’s degree.
2-4 years’ sales experience required.
Required: License and bike.
