Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the assigned region. The role requires strategic planning, market penetration, and team leadership to drive revenue growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market share.
Identify new business opportunities and expand sales channels in the region.
Build and manage a high-performance sales team, ensuring training and development.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners to drive long-term growth.
Monitor regional sales performance, trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
Ensure effective territory mapping and customer segmentation for targeted sales efforts.
Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through tailored solutions and service excellence.
Handle pricing negotiations and contract closures to maximize profitability.
Provide regular reports and business insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, or relevant industries preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data, forecast sales, and identify market trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
