As an Area Sales Manager, come work with us! You will locate the ideal coverage for your clients’ needs, inform them about our insurance products, and cultivate enduring relationships to ensure their pleasure.
Responsibility:
- Conducting field visits to actively seek out individuals interested in becoming agents or distributors for company.
- Providing detailed explanations about the roles and responsibilities associated with being an agent.
- Convincing and motivating interested individuals to become agents by highlighting the benefits and opportunities available.
- Building strong relationships with potential agents and distributors to facilitate ongoing partnerships.
- Guide and support new agents through the onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing, preferably in Sales, Banking, Finance, NBFC, Pharma, Insurance, or Investment sectors.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Residing in the local area.
- Age between 21 to 28 years.
