Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader  to join our team in the Insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and expand our agency network.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets

·         Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to meet and exceed sales goals

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners

·         Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth

·         Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive product adoption

Key abilities

·         Proven track record of success in sales management

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Strong leadership abilities and team-building experience

·         Knowledge of the Insurance industry is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in field sales or an equivalent role is necessary
