Job description:
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of sales through the company’s indirect sales channels. This includes managing relationships with channel partners (resellers, distributors, affiliates, and agents), developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market expansion. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer support, to build and optimize sales channels and execute initiatives that drive channel performance.
Candidate Requirement:
Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development and Management:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s sales footprint.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring consistent and growing sales performance.
- Train, mentor, and enable channel partners to effectively sell the company’s products/services.
