We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified individuals to join the agency as sales representatives.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make informed hiring decisions.
- Design and implement training programs for new and existing agents to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the agency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Candidate Profile :
Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years
Qualification:- Graduate/MBA
Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales
Skills:-
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
