Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
  Work as a team leader.
• Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
• Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor
• The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model
  To do cross-selling for insurance.
• Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
  On-field work to reach the maximum customer
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative

Candidate Profile :

• Any bachelor degree.
•  2 + years in sales And Marketing.
• Age: 21 to 38 years.
• Good Communication skills
• Salary 2.75LPA TO 3.15LPA( annually )
