Job Description

The Channel Manager (CM) will be responsible for winning, onboarding, maintaining, and expanding relations with channel partners within an assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities :

 

·         To achieve the business objectives of the sales unit, the incumbent will develop and implement a sales plan for the partner. Lead, inspire, and instruct your companion.

·         The key responsibility of this role is to build a high performing distribution network of Financial Consultants and enable them to sell life insurance policies.

·         Assist partners in lead generation, lead tracking, and sales closure.

·         Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
On-field work to reach the maximum customer ,Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative.

·         Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts/territories.

 

Required Candidate profile :

·         Min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)

·         Must be Graduate

·         Must be local candidates

·         Age between 21 to 38 years

·         Android-based smartphone.
