As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products or services to potential clients.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
- Nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel and collaborates with sales teams for a smooth handover.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Age: – Min 22 Years to max 38 years
- Qualification: – Graduate
- Experience: – +2 years in any field of sales
Skills:-
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Goal-oriented mind-set with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role is preferred.
