Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets within the banking sector in Karnataka.
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team in the designated area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Provide regular performance reports and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
