Area Sales Manager

Job Description

To join our fantastic sales team, we are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Area Sales Officer! Your primary duty as our sales representative will be to boost sales in order to further our company’s prosperity. Converting leads and prospects into paid users will be your primary objective.

Responsibilities:

·         Sales of life insurance policies of through the agency model.

·         Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.

·         Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.

·         Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.

·         To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.

Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree Mandatory

·         Experience:  Minimum 2+ years of sales experience

·         Age:  Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
