Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market reach, and lead a team of sales professionals. Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize sales efforts.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions where needed.
Work closely with regional and senior management to align business goals.

Maintain accurate records of sales performance, pipeline management, and reporting.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area for business expansion.
