Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hubli. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves leading a sales team, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, lead generation, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Travel within Hubli and surrounding areas to expand business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Experience in team management, business development, and customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hubli.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
