Job Description:-
- Lead and manage a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers.
- Track and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve overall team performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide the team effectively.

Age:- 21 to 38 years
Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required
Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing
