Job Title:- Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:- This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers, collaborating with sales and marketing, and ensuring the team meets performance targets. Strong leadership and sales strategy expertise are key to success in this role.

Job Description:-

  • Lead and manage a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve productivity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key prospects and customers.
  • Track and analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve overall team performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide the team effectively.

Candidate Profile:-

Age:- 21 to 38 years

Qualification:- Minimum Graduation is required

Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing

CTC:- 2.8 LPA + Incentives
