Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with prospecting and lead generation activities, including cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach.

• Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects.

• Support the sales team with preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

• Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.

• Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.

• Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

• Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and challenges.

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to exceed customer expectations.

 

Candidates Requirements:

– Graduation is mandatory

– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
