An Assistant sales manager supports the sales manager by helping with sales planning, customer service, and team management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
Candidate Requirement - Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- .Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age 21 to 38 years.
