We are looking for a high-performing Assistant Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Description :

• Generate leads and conduct field visits to potential customers.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Managing internal operational standards and productivity targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
•  Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Relationship building and negotiations skills.

Candidate Profile :

Age :- Min 21 Years to max 38 years

Qulification :–  Graduate/MBA

Experience :-  1 to 4 years in any field of sales

• Prioritizing Time management, selling and negotiation skills.
• Be brand ambassador & a customer champion.
• Should have a solution-oriented approach.
