Job Description

Our sales department is in search of an Assistant Sales Manager to join us on an intermediate basis. You will be responsible for handling the daily activities of the store. You will also be responsible for resolving customers’ complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Roles and responsibilities: 

• Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
• Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
• Attending meetings and daily standups.
• Providing training sessions to the new team members.
• Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.

Desired Candidate: 

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 1 + Years of Experience in Field Sales
• Age: 21 to 38 years
