Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales. This role requires excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business development goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to enhance business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand business reach.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to track business growth and improve sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth.
