For Insurance, we are in need of a Assistant Sales Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities::
- In charge of finding, hiring, and supervising advisors. In charge of recruiting and managing agents.
- Advisors should be motivated and trained to give a better understanding of the market and goods.
- Keep an eye on and evaluate the performance of the agents. Assist them in obtaining consumers to grow their business.
- Reaching service standards requires often meeting with current clients.
- Sales strategy execution: Use market segmentation to broaden your market penetration and reach.
- Find new clients and boost revenue.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate (10+2+3) or equivalent Graduation
- 2 years or more of minimum experience in a sales development position
- It is essential to have prior sales experience in the life insurance or any other business.
- Regional Area Candidates with market understanding will be given preference.
- 22-38 years of age
- Effective Communication Techniques
