Job Summary:
We are looking for a Assistant Sales Manager with three years of sales experience, including at least one year selling life insurance, who is extremely focused and results-oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Employ, train, and mentor salespeople to ensure superior results and performance.
Develop and put into action a sales strategy to achieve your company’s growth and revenue targets.
Motivate and guide the sales team to exceed performance and sales goals.
Build and maintain a strong relationship with your clients to advance your business.
Monitor and assess team performance, sales data, and market trends.
Oversee team members in sales meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
Work closely with senior management to align with company strategy and objectives.
Check for compliance with business and insurance industry regulations.
Establish and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
to locate and grab new business opportunities in order to grow the clients.
Candidate Profile:
three years of field sales experience, including a minimum of one year spent selling life insurance.
demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
strong coaching, leadership, and team management abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
the capacity to lead a team and operate alone.
proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
