Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Associate Agency Development Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Roles:

– Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

– Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

– Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

– Recruiting, screening, and training new agents

– Hiring, Training, and Motivating team member

MUST HAVE: 

• Hiring, Training, and Motivating team members
•  Graduate with 2+ years of experience in Any Field of Sales and marketing
•  Familiarity with skills in recruitment, driving sales, and activation
• Age: Min 21 Years – Max 38 Years
•  Two Wheeler Required
