A Associate Agency Development Manager leads and inspires a sales team to meet sales targets and company goals by establishing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring, and measuring performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
- Search for and qualify fresh leads in the territory you have been given.
- Provide trials and talks to inform agent about our offerings.
- Negotiate and seal sales agreements
- Make the trip to the clients’ places for meetings.
- Keep aware on market developments and rivalry.
- Establish and preserve a good rapport with important clients and partners.
- Locate and promote fresh prospects for sales.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a similar discipline, is ideal.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a field sales or direct sales management.
- Good organizing and time management abilities.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiating abilities.
