Job Description
We are seeking a Associate Agency Development Manager with the ability to convince agents to become distributors for a business.
Responsibility
- Life insurance products are sold directly to walk-in agents.
- Activation of advisor from open market
- After-sales service
- Produce leads on the field.
- Maintain constant contact with leads and references that are pending.
- Instructing potential customers on policies and understanding complex insurance points.
Preferred:
- CTC: Up to 4 LPA+ Incentives On Performance Bonus
- Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in field sales experience
- Skill: Good communication skills
