Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team in Raichur. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Drive business growth through agent productivity and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase agent engagement and sales conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training and skill development programs for agents.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide timely reports and performance insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team-building, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team of advisors/agents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Raichur and nearby regions as required.
