An Associate Area Business Manager is a mid-level sales leadership role responsible for managing a specific geographical sales territory, overseeing a team of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets within their assigned area, while reporting to a senior Area Business Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
- Area manager is responsible for leading and motivating their team
- Managing multiple stores or locations in a specific geographical region
- Managing staff, budgets, and expenses
- Communicating with team members and superiors, providing progress updates
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing performance
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age 21 to 38 years.
