Job Summary:
The Associate Area Business Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and managing a team of sales representatives or business executives in the assigned territory. This role involves customer relationship management, team supervision, market analysis, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets in the assigned area.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives or Medical Representatives.
- Identify business opportunities and execute plans to penetrate the market and increase brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
