Associate Area Business Manager – Mysore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Area Business Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and sales performance in the assigned area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/agents to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure target achievement through effective sales planning and execution.
• Conduct sales training, performance reviews, and field coaching for team members.
• Manage lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

• 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and execute sales plans effectively.
• Experience in customer relationship management and key account handling.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within Mysore and nearby regions as required.
