Job Title: Associate Area Manager – Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage sales activities in the designated area within the banking sector.
Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
Graduation from a recognized university.
Proven success in sales, preferably in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Karnataka’s banking and financial sector.
Compensation:

Competitive Salary: INR 3.75 to 4.5 LPA
