Job Description
An Associate Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by actively managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities ,providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets within a designated portfolio, often under the guidance of a senior relationship manager.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience.
- Generate additional business through cross-selling or upselling.
- Improve and meet sales targets through long-term customer retention.
- Oversee customer relationship management system.
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduation/Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Age 21 to 38 years.
