Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer appropriate financial products/services (e.g., banking, investment, insurance).
- Support Relationship Managers in client onboarding, documentation, and servicing needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, portfolio reviews, and service calls with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Candidate requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
