Compensation: ₹2.30 LPA to ₹3.20 LPA + incentives and other benefits
Job Description: 
As an Associate Development Manager, you will contribute to the organization’s growth by identifying potential clients and promoting insurance solutions. You will ensure a seamless sales process and provide excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities: 
Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients through various sales channels.
Explain insurance products to prospective clients and recommend solutions based on their needs.
Conduct personalized needs assessments to provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular activity reports.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within stipulated timelines.
Requirements: 
1–2 years of experience in insurance or financial services.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.
